Greetings Wrestling Fans
There is always an air of uncertainty when a team goes through changes. North Allegheny has a strong tradition of excellence within the wrestling program. It is incumbent upon me as a former NA wrestler and the new Head Coach, along with the entire staff and team, to carry on this tradition. We have set high goals for this season. In order to achieve these goals, we believe that attitude is everything.
One element more important than talent and desire is preparation. The will to succeed means nothing without the will to prepare. It is already apparent that these student-athletes understand this concept. We are confident that we will be ready to battle the competition.
I would like to thank the administration, parents, boosters, students, and fans for their continued support for North Allegheny Wrestling.
I feel that it is only fitting for me to honor the legendary Gus DeAugustino. Like so many others, I would not be where I am today without his guidance.
